Recruitment
Our recruitment process occurs in early September. It includes a written application, first-round video "hireview," and final round in-person "superday" interview. This is to simulate the official recruiting process you will soon embark on but on a more low-stakes level. While we do not expect you to have any technical knowledge, we hope that you are able to share with us why you are interested in a career in finance. Additionally, as our cohort program centers around current recruiting cycles, we are only looking for undergraduate sophomores and freshmen.​
